AutoTrack is a vehicle management tool that helps users track mileage, maintenance schedules, registration renewals, vehicle values, and lease timelines. The Service is provided for personal and small business use.

You agree to use AutoTrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle data you enter. AutoTrack provides estimates and projections for informational purposes only — they should not be relied upon as financial or legal advice.

Your use of AutoTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Vehicle data is stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser data clearing, device changes, or other circumstances outside our control.

AutoTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that mileage projections, value estimates, or other calculations will be accurate. All projections are estimates based on the data you provide.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoTrack USA LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lease overage fees, missed maintenance, or registration penalties.

All content, design, and code comprising AutoTrack is the property of AutoTrack USA LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
